Hi, My name is Michele. After college I traveled to Lebanon, the original land of milk and honey and I fell crazy in love with olive oil soap. It became my lifeline. I used it for washing my face, body, and hair, as well as for washing my clothes and even using it as toothpaste!

In the following year back home I couldn't find anything I liked nearly as much, nor could I stop thinking about it. So the next year I returned to Lebanon to learn everything I could about olive oil soap. I found some great soap but I didn't settle until I found a true artisan soap.

Zeetoon 100% Olive Oil Soap is inspired by the traditional soap makers of historic Lebanon and is made using the traditional cold press method. Pure olive oil is sourced from local abundant olive groves and paired with superior essential oils native to Lebanon as well as France. We work with small family-run businesses that have made soap for generations using the same methods for centuries. The craft takes skill, know-how, and patience — all very important in order to obtain high-quality olive oil soap. We naturally air dry our soaps for several months — even up to over a year. The longer it ages, the better the soap, like fine wine and cheese.
